This exclusive workout includes everything you need to improve your mobility, strength, power and endurance.
Each workout is designed to be easy to understand with several videos supporting it. You get a follow-along warm up and post workout stretching video and every exercise in the workout is linked to a short video demo of that exercise, making it easy to figure out what to do and get started.
To make it even easier I also have an overview of that month’s workout where I show you where to find everything and go over the workout in detail with you. In less than 10 minutes you’ll feel confident about what to do and how to get the most out of your workouts.
The workouts also don’t require any special equipment and can easily be done from a small home gym. Some dumbbells or kettlebells, a chin up bar, a bench, some rubber tubing/ bands and a rope are all you need for these workouts.
+ Skills Training Lessons: Improving your fitness is great but on the trail your technical skills play a huge role as well. Over the years I have developed a unique way of teaching bike skills that help you tie in the movements you do in the workouts with the movements behind the skills.
By breaking down each of the fundamental and advanced skills for you I show you what you need to work on both on and off the bike to improve. This approach has helped hundreds of riders improve their skills and confidence and with access to a growing library of lessons you’ll be able to improve both your skills and fitness.
+ Energy Systems Development Cardio Workouts: While the best cardio training you can do is ride your bike, there are times of the year for a lot of us that it isn’t possible. And when you can’t get out and ride then the next best thing to do are these workouts.
Based on the specific Energy Systems Demands of either XC, DH or Enduro Racing these workouts are much more specific than workouts taken from other sports like road riding. By using specific strategies for each discipline you’ll come out of the off-season feeling like you never took any time off your bike.
+ Mental Prep Lessons: While being physically and technically prepared are the foundation for being a good rider, the mind game is what separates those that seem to advance faster than everyone else. Being able to keep the right focus both during training and on the bike as well as knowing how to set goals and deal with setbacks is important if you want to be in this for the long run.
Getting things right from the neck up can be the hardest part for a lot of riders. With these lessons you’ll be able to tap into my experience of working with some of the best riders in the world and how you can apply what they do to your own training and riding.
+ Nutrition Strategy Lessons: Knowing what to eat to maximize your results is another area that can either multiply your results or hold you back. While nutrition can be a complex subject I break it down to some simple lessons that help you focus on the habits that will lead to the best results.
+ 15 Minute Trail Rider Tune Ups: Sometimes you get too busy to keep up with your normal workouts. When that happens, you have access to a collection of 28 workouts that take 15 minutes each. These workouts focus on specific problem areas or skills on the bike, making them a great way to fill in the gap until you can get back to normal training.
+ No Gym, No Problem Bodyweight Workout: When you are traveling, and don’t have access to a gym then the best thing to do is use the one piece of equipment that you have with you everywhere you go - your body! Bodyweight training is the perfect travel workout or option if you can’t make it to the gym and with access to this program you’ll be able to keep the results coming no matter where the adventure takes you.
