+ Energy Systems Development Cardio Workouts: While the best cardio training you can do is ride your bike, there are times of the year for a lot of us that it isn’t possible. And when you can’t get out and ride then the next best thing to do are these workouts.

Based on the specific Energy Systems Demands of either XC, DH or Enduro Racing these workouts are much more specific than workouts taken from other sports like road riding. By using specific strategies for each discipline you’ll come out of the off-season feeling like you never took any time off your bike.

+ Mental Prep Lessons: While being physically and technically prepared are the foundation for being a good rider, the mind game is what separates those that seem to advance faster than everyone else. Being able to keep the right focus both during training and on the bike as well as knowing how to set goals and deal with setbacks is important if you want to be in this for the long run. 

Getting things right from the neck up can be the hardest part for a lot of riders. With these lessons you’ll be able to tap into my experience of working with some of the best riders in the world and how you can apply what they do to your own training and riding.

+ 15 Minute Trail Rider Tune Ups: Sometimes you get too busy to keep up with your normal workouts. When that happens, you have access to a collection of 28 workouts that take 15 minutes each. These workouts focus on specific problem areas or skills on the bike, making them a great way to fill in the gap until you can get back to normal training.

+ No Gym, No Problem Bodyweight Workout: When you are traveling, and don’t have access to a gym then the best thing to do is use the one piece of equipment that you have with you everywhere you go - your body!
